All appointments with JhairLux are booked online. New slots open on the 15th of every month.
Booking policies
Please read before you book
Monthly booking release
Appointments are released on the 15th of each month. For example, appointments in April can be booked from 15 March.
Deposit
A 250 DKK deposit is required to confirm your booking. It is deducted from the total price on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, MobilePay or card.
Late arrivals
If you are more than 20 minutes late, it affects the time scheduled for my next client, so your appointment will be cancelled. Your booking can be rescheduled to the next available appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Otherwise you lose your deposit.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable and may require full payment before you can book future appointments.

How to prepare
Hair preparation
Please arrive with your natural hair clean, dry and ready to be braided, if it is not already braided down.
For sew-in installations, your natural hair should be at least 4 inches long.
Hair drop-off
For wig installations and closure or frontal sew-ins, the lace must be dropped off 4–5 days before your appointment. No drop-off results in a 100 DKK fee.
Only the lace needs to be dropped off, not the bundles. Bundles should be washed with shampoo and conditioner before your appointment. Please include a note with your name and appointment date.
Wig re-installs only need to be dropped off if the wig is not washed. Clean wigs can be brought directly to your appointment.
Lace and extensions
You are welcome to bring your own hair. Synthetic hair is installed at your own responsibility, and with limited styling, as heat and styling can damage it and affect how long it lasts.
All lace must be HD lace.

If I am fully booked, priority appointments may be available for an additional fee.
