Delivery options

At checkout you can choose between delivery and pickup.

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days | 175 DKK
  • Norway: 3–9 business days | 185 DKK
  • Finland + Iceland: 2–5 business days | 185 DKK
  • Germany + Netherlands + Belgium + Luxembourg: 2–4 business days | 175 DKK
  • France + Austria: 3–5 business days | 175 DKK
  • Spain + Portugal + Italy: 4–8 business days | 185 DKK
  • UK + Ireland + Switzerland: 4–8 business days | 185 DKK
  • Canada: 5–10 business days | 269 DKK

Shipping is paid by the customer and is calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import fees are not Hairholic’s responsibility.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, customs processing and circumstances outside Hairholic’s control.

Note: Delivery times are calculated from the date your order has been produced and dispatched. Production time is not included in the estimated delivery time.

Pickup in Valby (free)

You can pick up your hair at my studio: Moelbechsvej 13, 2500 Valby (basement entrance). Items in stock are ready for pickup within 4–5 business days, and wigs within 7 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection, and you can pick it up from the next weekday, from 4 pm. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to pick up your order.

If you have booked, or are going to book, an appointment with me, please choose pickup. I will keep your hair until your appointment.

Processing time

  • Hair in stock: 4–5 business days
  • Raw Indian Wavy: 10–14 days
  • Indian Curly: 5 days
  • Pre-colored hair: 4 days
  • Wigs are made to order: 7 business days

You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation when your package has been sent.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Contact me at info@jhairlux.com before sending anything back and include your order number, full name and reason for return.

For hygiene reasons, hair with a broken hygiene seal, and hair that has been installed, worn, cut, washed, coloured, bleached, heat styled or otherwise used, cannot be returned as unused. Please inspect colour, texture and length before removing the seal.

Standard wigs can be returned within 14 days, as long as they are unused, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging. A wig that is custom-made or personalised to the customer’s specific requests cannot be returned.
