The hair can be straightened, curled and heat styled and can also be professionally coloured or bleached up to 613 blonde.

Because raw hair is a natural product, slight variations in colour, texture and wave pattern may occur between units. This is part of what makes each raw hair unit unique.

Lengths are measured with the hair straightened. Wavy textures will look slightly shorter.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Vietnamese Raw Hair, we recommend treating it with the same care you would give your natural hair.

Use lightweight products and avoid excessive product buildup, as heavy products can weigh the hair down. Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools.

Wash the hair approximately every 1–2 weeks, depending on wear and product buildup, using a gentle sulfate-free shampoo. Follow with a moisturizing conditioner, applying it mainly through the lengths and ends.

Wash the hair using lukewarm water and gently smooth the shampoo through the hair in a downward motion. Avoid rubbing, scrubbing or bunching the hair together, as this can create unnecessary friction.

While the hair is damp, a small amount of lightweight natural oil can be applied to the lengths and ends for added moisture. Almond, coconut or argan oil can be used sparingly.

At night, protect the hair with a satin bonnet or satin pillowcase.

A small amount of shedding is normal with human hair extensions and wigs. Excessive shedding, matting or dryness can occur if the hair is not cared for correctly.

Avoid products containing harsh or drying ingredients such as sulfates and high levels of alcohol.

For colouring, bleaching or significant chemical processing, we strongly recommend using a professional hairstylist or colourist. Hairholic cannot guarantee the condition of hair after incorrect colouring, bleaching or chemical treatment.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Before you send anything back, contact us at info@jhairlux.com with your order number, full name and reason for return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hair with a broken hygiene seal, or hair that has been installed, worn, cut, washed, coloured, bleached, heat styled or otherwise used.

Standard wigs can be returned within 14 days, as long as they are unused, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging. A wig that is custom-made or personalised to the customer’s specific requests cannot be returned.
